Meet some of our buyers and learn more about their discovery and reasons for choosing to call Trevesta home.
Gated Village D Residents Share Their Story of Discovery
Amy Westberry and Michael Fishbein purchased in the gated Village D in Trevesta. They visited the models at Trevesta with no intention of buying a new home. A few days later they signed a contract to build with David Weekley Homes.
Amy and Michael were living at Heritage Harbor and decided to visit Trevesta and check out all the model homes at the new community they had heard so much about.
“We actually toured every one of the builder models and liked them all. But the Edinger floor plan by Weekley was just perfect for our lifestyle, “said Amy. “So, we toured a few of their home sites and fell in love with one on Gavella Cove with a fantastic preserve view.”
According to Amy, they really didn’t have any intention of moving let alone buying a brand-new home. But they liked the community and the location was perfect. Michael works a sales territory that covers St. Pete and Tampa. Trevesta offered a convenient commute to both their jobs. They also really enjoy downtown St. Pete, which is an easy drive from the community as well.
“It was literally just four days after we first toured the models that we came back and wrote the contract,” said Amy. “We love entertaining and the Edigner’s open style floor plan, combined with the beautiful nature preserve view, is ideal.”
Michael added the preservation area behind the home really makes it feel like they have their own five-acre property. He says Trevesta offered a great value, location and lifestyle that was perfect for their needs.
Carissa Reese Family Share Their Trevesta Story
Carissa and Clint are moving with their three children just a few miles down the street from a current home of seven years to a brand new Pulte home in Trevesta.
“We love this area and the opportunity to be in a brand new home in a brand new planned community like Trevesta is exciting,” said Carissa. “We have never built before and are really looking forward to moving in later this year.”
She said the Lake Trevesta Club was a key reason for the choosing Trevesta. They, along with the kids who are eight, four and one, anticipate spending a lot of time there enjoying the amenities and Lakeside Trail. Having a brand new community in this area was also a big factor. She is a traveling medical sales rep and Clint works in Sarasota. So the location, with easy access to I-75, I-275 and 301, is really ideal. They also enjoy Buffalo Creek Park and are very active with their son in the North Manatee Soccer Club. He plays for the Mutiny.
Carissa says 2017 also saw another big milestone for her and Clint. “We finally got married in October after 10 years and three kids.”
